Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, cultivate, and finalize new business opportunities within The Block’s commercial product offerings, which include B2B subscriptions and partnerships related to marketing and communications.

• Establish and oversee a robust pipeline of potential clients spanning the crypto, fintech, financial services, technology, institutional finance, and other relevant sectors.

• Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting and discovery to proposal creation, negotiation, contracting, and closure.

• Foster relationships with senior decision-makers and broaden opportunities across various buying centers within targeted accounts.

• Keep precise records of pipeline status, forecasts, and client activities in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.

• Stay updated on market trends in digital assets, regulatory changes, institutional adoption, and client needs to uncover new revenue prospects.

• Represent The Block with professionalism in client meetings, industry functions, conferences, and other market-facing scenarios.

• Regularly achieve or surpass individual revenue goals and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the commercial team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in B2B subscription sales, media sales, data/research sales, SaaS sales, financial services sales, or a similar commercial position.

• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close intricate, high-value transactions.

• Strong grasp of the digital assets, fintech, financial services, media, and/or institutional investment landscape.

• Capability to sell consultatively and convert client goals into strategic commercial solutions.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in pipeline management, forecasting, and maintaining organizational discipline.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting with changing priorities.

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, determination, and attention to detail.
