This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and drive development in the Southeast territory with complete responsibility for generating pipeline, executing deals, and achieving revenue goals.
• Strategically prospect within large surgical organizations, including multi-site groups, IDNs, health system affiliates, and enterprise specialty networks throughout the region.
• Build a robust pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, regional networking, participation in industry conferences, and collaboration with Marketing and SDR teams.
• Create account-based strategies that align with the decision-making processes of enterprise buyers in the healthcare sector.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial discovery to closing, which includes qualification, workflow assessments, executive presentations, negotiations, and contracting.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees that include clinical, operational, IT, finance, legal, and C-suite leaders.
• Lead and respond to RFPs and procurement initiatives, coordinating with Sales Engineering, Legal, and Implementation teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline cleanliness in Salesforce, ensuring clear documentation of deal progress.
• Approach sales consultatively by asking insightful questions, thoroughly understanding workflow challenges, and constructing ROI cases that resonate with executive and financial stakeholders.
• Conduct Workflow Process Assessments to identify operational inefficiencies and quantify the benefits of Surgimate’s platform.
• Adapt your communication style fluidly to engage clinical users, operational leaders, and C-suite decision-makers.
• Present confidently and credibly, both virtually and in-person, in high-stakes enterprise settings.
• Establish and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders within target accounts throughout the sales journey.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the enterprise surgical market, including consolidation trends, MSO dynamics, and shifting buyer priorities.
• Create and present ROI-driven business cases tailored specifically for executive and financial stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless transitions and long-term account success.
• Contribute to the development of Surgimate’s MSO go-to-market strategy by sharing insights from your deals and regional experiences.
• Assist in identifying and engaging strategic MSO targets, refining messaging, and disseminating effective field practices.
• Work with Sales leadership on enterprise positioning, market feedback, and strategic account planning.
• 5–8+ years of comprehensive B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals.
• Experience selling to health systems, large surgical groups, or enterprise healthcare organizations is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, surgical workflow solutions, EHR/Practice Management systems, or Revenue Cycle Management tools is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate executive-level relationships and navigate procurement, legal, and IT processes in complex accounts.
• Strong consultative selling abilities: you lead with curiosity, create compelling business cases, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; possess a confident executive presence both in-person and during virtual calls.
• Highly organized and data-driven; proficient in Salesforce pipeline management, forecasting, and deal documentation.
• Positive, self-motivated, and resilient; you bring energy and persistence to lengthy sales cycles and intricate deals.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 50%.
