Senior Enterprise Operations Optimization Delivery Lead

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams tasked with implementing initiatives for enterprise operational enhancements.

• Convert operational assessment results into systematic improvement strategies and coordinated execution efforts.

• Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and technology teams to prioritize and advance initiatives.

• Oversee and monitor a portfolio of enterprise optimization projects.

• Foster collaboration across functional and organizational lines to address dependencies and eliminate obstacles.

• Develop implementation roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.

• Report on initiative progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

• Advocate for consistent operational improvement practices and promote enterprise optimization methodologies.

• Coordinate projects, manage dependencies, and achieve measurable operational results.

• Work alongside the Enterprise Operations Optimization Analyst to convert diagnostic insights into actionable initiatives and sustainable enhancements.

• Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise operations, operational improvement, program leadership, consulting, or organizational transformation.

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and achieving operational enhancements across large organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-scale workstreams with multiple stakeholders and organizational dependencies.

• Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder management, and change leadership.

• Experience in translating strategic or analytical insights into coordinated operational execution.

• Familiarity with operating in complex, matrixed organizations.

• Must reside in and work from one of SNHU's approved states.
