Senior Enterprise Architect – SAP Cloud Transformation, RISE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Define the architecture for transformation initiatives and create sustainable target architectures.

• Convert strategic needs into technological guidelines.

• Develop Business Capability Maps, Solution Architecture Diagrams, and Value Roadmaps.

• Craft comprehensive end-to-end solution scenarios.

• Outline the transition from conventional on-premises environments to advanced SAP cloud architectures.

• Provide guidance to clients on applying Clean Core principles.

• Mitigate technical debt.

• Design side-by-side extensions and integrations utilizing the SAP Business Technology Platform.

• Leverage SAP LeanIX for IT rationalization.

• Utilize SAP Signavio to align enterprise architecture with business processes.

• Lead architecture boards.

• Conduct intricate customer workshops, particularly during the Discover and Prepare phases of SAP Activate.

• Showcase solution strategies to C-level executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of significant professional experience within the SAP ecosystem.

• Preferably, experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Enterprise Architect in extensive S/4HANA transformation projects.

• Familiarity with the SAP Enterprise Architecture Methodology, TOGAF, and/or the SAP Activate methodology.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (both Public and Private Cloud).

• Understanding of the RISE with SAP portfolio.

• Awareness of the shared responsibility model.

• Knowledge of contemporary cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

• Strong analytical abilities and a systems-thinking approach.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

• Confident demeanor and proficient negotiation abilities at the management level.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools, especially SAP LeanIX.

• Solid grasp of Business Process Management (SAP Signavio).

• Relevant certifications are advantageous, such as SAP Certified Associate – Enterprise Architecture Consultant (SAP LeanIX), SAP Technology Consultant Professional, or equivalent architecture certifications.
