• Identify, develop, and implement a strategic approach to secure new business opportunities and increase revenue with clients throughout the designated region, both independently and collaboratively.
• Define, negotiate, and finalize agreements to surpass booking and revenue quota objectives.
• Aim to connect with decision-makers in significant prospect accounts within the assigned territory.
• Establish and sustain relationships with key decision-makers (typically at the CIO and CISO levels) within the industry, partners, and enterprise clients to address all relevant aspects of sales strategy and goal achievement.
• Collaborate with operational colleagues across various functions (including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to enhance visibility with target accounts and foster engagement with prospective targets at both individual contributor and executive levels.
• Work collaboratively with partners to utilize their existing account presence and relationships.
• Gather, maintain, and share precise and pertinent prospect information utilizing Salesforce.com.
• Develop and sustain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Engage with enterprise clients and leads to ascertain and comprehend their product or service requirements; propose and recommend products and services to fulfill those needs.
• Showcase the functionalities and benefits of products or services to clients based on their specific needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous communication and relationship management, resolving any issues that may arise after the sale.
• Maintain communication with current and former clients, notifying them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in selling software-based solutions to senior management and executive levels is essential.
• A background in selling security software-based solutions at the enterprise level (5,000 users and above) is required.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
• Referenceable customer and partner contacts within your designated geographic territory.
