This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Consistently meet and surpass annual enterprise sales objectives through disciplined execution and strategic account planning.
• Position Veeam as a critical partner rather than just a point solution within designated enterprise accounts.
• Propel new adoption and platform growth across intricate, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Develop and implement account-based strategies that align with customer business priorities, risk management, and long-term transformation initiatives.
• Manage and oversee complete enterprise sales cycles, from executive discovery to closure and expansion.
• Formulate and execute multi-year territory and account strategies based on data, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Lead complex negotiations by clearly communicating business value, ROI, and risk mitigation, beyond just product capabilities.
• Engage with CIOs, CISOs, VPs of IT, and other senior stakeholders in outcome-focused discussions.
• Identify and connect with the economic buyer, technical buyer, and influential stakeholders within each account.
• Establish Veeam as a strategic partner in cyber resilience, operational continuity, and modernizing data protection.
• Maintain accurate, inspection-ready forecasts and pipeline coverage.
• Develop and oversee relationship maps and account plans that reflect both current access and aspirational goals.
• Recognize whitespace, expansion opportunities, and chances for competitive displacement.
• Collaborate effectively with Systems Engineering, Channel Partners, Marketing, SDRs, Deal Desk, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Direct pursuit teams with clarity, urgency, and accountability.
• Act as the customer’s advocate within Veeam while representing Veeam’s standards and strategy externally.
• Proven track record in selling large, complex enterprise solutions with extended sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to win and grow strategic accounts, not merely transact.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to challenge, reframe, and persuade senior leaders.
• High level of business acumen with experience in converting customer challenges into measurable results.
• History of disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and territory execution.
• Experience in a channel-centric enterprise sales model.
• Proficient with Salesforce and account intelligence tools.
