• Leverage your previous sales experience to establish best practices, enhance sales processes, and collaboratively develop scalable sales strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market developments to identify new opportunities and strategies.
• Continuously identify and optimize inefficient processes within the go-to-market strategy.
• Take responsibility for the entire sales process – from acquiring new enterprise customers to closing deals.
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
• Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions.
• Collaborate closely with other teams (Product and Customer Success) to effectively meet customer needs.
• Assist in the development and optimization of our CRM system (Hubspot).
• Utilize your existing network and actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Provide accurate metrics, revenue forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant sales data.
• Expand and lead the GTM team.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, along with acquiring enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies, including account planning and pipeline management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, long sales cycles and successfully close large, strategic deals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional presentation abilities, capable of effectively communicating complex ideas and solutions to C-level executives and legal professionals.
• Experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Technologically savvy with a good understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software solutions.
• Team-oriented individual who enjoys actively participating in team events and values collaboration with colleagues.
• A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Native-level proficiency in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
