• Take ownership of identifying, developing, and qualifying new enterprise customer opportunities with a focus on acquiring new logos.
• Actively pursue named accounts and untapped markets through organized outbound efforts, executive engagement, and collaboration with partners.
• Serve as a front-line sales specialist, fostering early-stage opportunity development until transitioning to the Enterprise Account Executive for complete deal execution.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to ensure clear role delineation, unified account strategies, and a seamless customer experience.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers within potential enterprise clients.
• Facilitate discovery discussions to comprehend business challenges, security postures, and strategic priorities of new prospects.
• Effectively articulate SOPHOS’ value proposition in competitive and intricate enterprise environments.
• Utilize partners, marketing efforts, events, and campaigns to expedite the generation of new logo pipelines.
• Consistently apply and reinforce the SOPHOS Sales Methodology (MEDDPICC) during the qualification stage.
• Ensure precise and timely documentation of all activities and opportunities in Salesforce (CRM).
• Provide a structured handover of qualified opportunities to the Enterprise Account Executives.
• Continuously collect market and competitor insights to aid in the go-to-market strategy.
• Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise new business development or hunting roles.
• In-depth understanding of complex enterprise sales processes.
• Exceptional communication, discovery, and executive engagement abilities.
• High self-motivation and resilience levels.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) and structured pipeline management is essential.
• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software sales is preferred.
• Willing to travel frequently for enterprise prospecting and customer engagement.
