This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Discover new avenues to enhance Grafana utilization among existing customers.
• Achieve and surpass personal quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Oversee all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, sales presentations, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
• Drive sales through both outbound prospecting and incoming leads.
• Understand and articulate the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Become proficient in managing your sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• Handle quote generation, order processing, and daily customer inquiries.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure and/or cloud technology sales.
• Demonstrated history of outstanding performance (top 10%) in competitive settings.
• A determined, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented approach.
• Background in high-velocity technology companies.
• Exceptional communication skills across all mediums (in-person, virtual, written).
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Comfortable working remotely with international teams.
• Strong relationship builder who excels in a dynamic, consultative atmosphere.
• Must be based in Singapore with full work rights.
