This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Serves as the primary contact for major accounts, irrespective of their location.
• Maintains high-level executive contact with accounts.
• Responsible for selling the organization's products or services while managing relationships with existing national named accounts.
• Tasked with rapidly expanding and retaining named accounts while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Identifies and qualifies both long-term and short-term business opportunities.
• Prepares formal proposals and presentations, delivering them to all organizational levels, including executives.
• Oversees significant key partner relationship management.
• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in a relevant account management role.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong skills in solution selling and presentation.
• Advanced client interfacing with a customer-centric approach.
• Effective influencing capabilities.
• Proven sales skills in a complex matrix environment.
• Specialized knowledge of networking products, ideally those from F5.
• Experience with internet-related software or systems.
