• Take ownership and lead the acquisition of new enterprise logos within the Top 400 ENR General Contractors.
• Utilize an established network (rolodex) of construction executives and key decision-makers.
• Create and implement strategic account plans to surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Oversee complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales processes from qualification to negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance and accelerate the pipeline.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Represent the organization at industry events (national travel required as necessary).
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and market trends.
• 4–7+ years of demonstrated success in closing strategic enterprise new business transactions.
• Experience in selling to ENR Top 400 General Contractors or other competitors in construction technology.
• Strong pre-existing relationships within the construction ecosystem.
• Proven track record of selling to large, complex construction organizations.
• Experience managing complete enterprise sales cycles (including multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals).
• Background in SaaS.
• Strong discipline in forecasting and maintaining CRM hygiene.
• High levels of daily activity across email, LinkedIn, phone, and face-to-face networking.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and competitive mindset.
