This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to attract new customers.
• Oversee all facets of the sales cycle, including prospecting, sales presentations, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposal submissions, and negotiations.
• Foster sales growth through both outbound prospecting efforts and inbound lead generation.
• Comprehend and communicate the advantages of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Develop expertise in managing your sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• Handle quote generation, order processing, and daily customer inquiries.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving goals in a highly competitive landscape (top 10% performer).
• Energetic, positive, entrepreneurial, and resilient team player.
• Adaptable with demonstrated experience in fast-paced technology firms.
• Familiarity with open source technology is a notable advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills across all mediums (in-person, online, written) with the ability to build strong working relationships both face-to-face and virtually.
