This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a functional systems leader within Strategic Enrollment Management Operations.

• Responsible for the support, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of the Slate CRM environment and associated enrollment management systems.

• Convert business requirements from Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, SEM Operations, and other enrollment partners into scalable and sustainable system configurations.

• Collaborate closely with SEM functional units and work with IT on integrations, security, infrastructure, or enterprise system dependencies.

• Maintain SEM's ownership of business configuration, operational design, and platform functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, Data Analytics, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Four years of experience in supporting CRM systems, student information systems, enrollment management systems, business systems configuration, data operations, or a related business process function.

• Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience can substitute for a bachelor's degree.
