• Conduct consultative introductory calls (inbound) with parents and students to grasp their objectives, clarify the admissions process, and suggest suitable Inspira programs and packages tailored to their requirements.
• Manage the relationship with prospective students and families from the initial contact through enrollment by establishing trust, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey.
• Follow up strategically and consistently to maintain connections with prospects, foresee questions or concerns, and assist them in confidently deciding to collaborate with Inspira.
• Innovate and experiment—test new scripts, refine messaging, and investigate creative follow-up strategies to enhance conversion rates and continually improve the enrollment experience.
• Close deals across a variety of programs and services, achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate across functions with marketing, counseling, and finance teams to ensure smooth transitions, strong alignment, and an outstanding customer experience.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends; provide real-time insights to founders and leadership to influence product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage the complete sales cycle—tracking leads, logging communications, creating email templates, forecasting revenue, and maintaining data integrity throughout all stages.
• Accurately forecast enrollments by managing deal stages, values, and closing dates within HubSpot.
• Assist with onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students to ensure a robust start and high satisfaction levels.
• 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative setting, ideally with sales cycles of 2–3 months or less.
• Proven track record in selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+), consistently exceeding targets and providing exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills. You present, write, and speak with confidence, clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot (or similar tools), with a talent for maintaining accurate data and leveraging systems to enhance performance.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting, including experience using Excel or Google Sheets to create and interpret dashboards.
• Nice to Have: Previous experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales.
