Senior English Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional English lessons through live, interactive online instruction.

• Design and create a comprehensive curriculum from the ground up, ensuring alignment with stringent academic criteria, including AP, SAT, ACT, and standard educational frameworks up to the high school level.

• Develop captivating educational content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram to enhance student learning.

• Adjust teaching strategies based on student feedback and performance metrics.

• Act as a representative for MyEdSpace both in the U.S. and internationally, fostering a loyal student base via social media and outreach initiatives.

• Work in conjunction with our Marketing Team on innovative campaigns aimed at broadening MyEdSpace’s outreach.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in English or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.5 (or equivalent).

• Demonstrated excellence in your subject area during college and high school.

• Possession of a valid U.S. teaching certification in secondary English education (state-specific certifications are acceptable).

• A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, including instruction at the AP level.

• Ideally, experience in leading an English department or managing curriculum development for middle or high school students.

• Experience as an AP, IB, or standardized test scorer is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Comfortable with building your personal brand on social media platforms.
