Senior Engineering Manager, Service Hub Omnichannel Group

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop multiple engineering teams within HubSpot’s Omnichannel Product Group.

• Deliver high-quality, scalable platform and product experiences that cater to all of HubSpot’s core hubs.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional leaders to outline and implement roadmap priorities.

• Establish and maintain a high-performance engineering culture, emphasizing strong technical standards, accountability, performance management, and career development.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding architectural decisions and engaging in key technical discussions across the stack.

• Align teams to address the needs of both internal teams and external partners by offering a robust and easily integrable channels platform.

• Navigate through ambiguity and foster clarity, enabling teams to progress swiftly, experiment, and iterate effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling engineering teams of 20 or more engineers, including team leads and senior technical contributors.

• Strong background in product engineering, with experience in building and scaling SaaS products from their early stages through periods of rapid growth.

• Experience in shaping feature delivery from initial validation stages to late-stage maturity.

• Proven ability to lead discussions on full-stack products and influence both frontend and backend architecture.

• Hands-on technical credibility, with a history of contributing to engineering decisions and mentoring team members.

• Experience driving high performance through goal setting, constructive feedback, and effective performance management.

• Ability to function effectively in ambiguous settings and make informed decisions without complete information.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, with a history of partnering effectively across product, design, and engineering teams.

• Experience in leveraging or integrating AI/GenAI into product development workflows or features.

• The cash compensation outlined includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for qualifying positions.

• In addition to cash compensation, certain roles may qualify to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan, allowing for the receipt of restricted stock units (RSUs).
