Senior Engineering Manager, Remote from Slovakia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple squads collaborating with our skilled team of Engineering Managers, mentoring them to enhance delivery, communication, and technical decision-making.

• Establish and direct the technical strategy within the product area while ensuring roadmaps remain on schedule.

• Collaborate across the Gaming pillar, partnering with engineering leaders to guarantee our teams operate efficiently and uphold consistent standards.

• Utilize data to promote clarity in support of prioritization and planning efforts.

• Work in conjunction with Product and commercial stakeholders to refine and deliver quantifiable enhancements in customer value and business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Group EM (or equivalent).

• Strong architectural and systems judgment, capable of challenging proposals, evaluating trade-offs, and directing multi-team technical strategies without daily hands-on involvement.

• Experience managing multiple teams with varying priorities, ensuring sustained momentum and alignment.

• In-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle in a product-driven context.

• Nice-to-haves: Experience in Gaming or consumer products.

• Familiarity with contemporary web stacks (our Gaming stack includes Node and React) and cloud platforms.
