Senior Engineering Manager – Patient Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the transformation from the front lines, taking ownership of the Patient Engagement sector.

• Remain actively involved in coding while leading the charge in AI-enhanced development techniques.

• Manage a small, elite team consisting of an Engineering Manager and 4-6 senior individual contributors.

• Propel the AI-driven product development transformation, collaborating directly with code, teams, and the broader Engineering community.

• Concentrate on Patient Engagement projects that influence how individuals interact with their healthcare, enhancing engagement, retention, and continuity of care.

• Extensive hands-on experience leveraging AI to expedite software development.

• Expertise in enhancing how code is crafted, reviewed, and refactored.

• Strong discernment regarding when to utilize AI compared to traditional methods.

• Engagement in complex software delivery, particularly in regulated environments where quality and reliability are crucial.

• A technical leader who naturally inspires others through consistent results.

• Ability to thrive in uncertainty and be the first to embrace new initiatives, guiding others along the same journey.

• A commitment to teaching and mentoring through pairing, retrospectives, or assisting others in their professional growth.
