Senior Engineering Manager – ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for teams developing the Spotify Agentic Experience.

• Formulate a strategy for generative AI technology.

• Provide servant leadership across multiple teams.

• Promote and enhance understanding of advanced generative AI capabilities.

• Foster a balanced engineering culture and ensure team diversity.

• Oversee a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.

• Work in partnership with the product lead to establish strategy and success metrics.

• Shape the technical design and architecture of the Conversation team’s technology stack.
