This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Collaborate with the Director and senior leadership to create and uphold a cohesive roadmap that aligns site-level priorities with organizational capacity targets, OKR integration, and cross-functional program milestones.
• Discover opportunities to enhance processes, remove inefficiencies, and boost overall operational effectiveness.
• Act as the central coordination hub for cross-functional partners, streamlining communication across various sites and ensuring consistent visibility into priorities, progress, and dependencies.
• Create and maintain centralized dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all sites, utilizing data analysis and visualization skills to provide integrated leadership reporting and support decision-making.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion, high-quality results, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Keep structured tracking of cross-organizational program milestones, dependencies, and readiness evaluations, proactively identifying risks and ensuring delivery momentum across concurrent initiatives.
• Assist in resource allocation and workload balancing across sites, ensuring that engineers concentrate on high-value delivery tasks by managing coordination, task tracking, and cross-functional follow-up responsibilities.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks that could hinder the organization's ability to achieve its goals and objectives.
• More than 8 years of experience in a leadership or program coordination position, ideally within infrastructure, data center operations, or large-scale technology deployment environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex project challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets successfully.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards pertinent to the specific industry.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or a relevant equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel (10–25%) to client sites or other company locations as required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines demand it.
