This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive project management for intricate engineering projects that support new product implementation and rollout.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, product management, and executive leadership to outline program goals, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective execution across various technical workstreams.
• Create and sustain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and status reports for executive review.
• Simplify complex engineering ideas into clear, concise presentations for executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Recognize program risks, formulate mitigation plans, and proactively eliminate barriers to keep initiatives on course.
• Rapidly gain an understanding of new hardware platforms, network architectures, and engineering terminology to effectively engage technical teams.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, facilitate decision-making, and ensure accountability among stakeholders.
• Track program performance through key metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Cultivate strong relationships across engineering, operations, and business units to ensure successful product delivery.
• 7 years of experience in program or project management with a focus on leading complex technical initiatives.
• Experience in supporting engineering and/or technical operations teams.
• Proven track record in leading the implementation of new technical products or managing complex technology delivery programs.
• Prior experience in the cable, telecommunications, broadband, or related sectors is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with working alongside engineering teams focused on hardware development, network infrastructure, technical architecture, or similar technologies.
• Capability to quickly learn and grasp new engineering concepts, hardware platforms, technical architectures, and engineering terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs involving engineering, operations, product management, and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional executive presence with the capability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience in creating executive-level presentations, strategic updates, and program reviews.
• Strong organizational, planning, and program governance skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Proven experience in identifying program risks, creating mitigation strategies, and ensuring successful program execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in Agile, hybrid, or traditional program management environments is preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or other project/program management certifications are advantageous.
• Exhibits a high degree of ownership, accountability, curiosity, persistence, confidence, emotional intelligence (EQ), and meticulous attention to detail.
