📋 Description

• Supervise a team of over 7 backend and full-stack engineers

• Recruit, mentor, and ensure the retention of high-performing engineers

• Foster consistent execution in alignment with company and product objectives

• Work collaboratively across teams to create cohesive products

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing software engineering teams

• Experience in leading remote-first, distributed teams is advantageous

• Proficient in the tech stack, particularly Haskell

• Background in finance, fintech, or banking systems is required
