Senior Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple squads while collaborating with our skilled team of Engineering Managers, mentoring them to enhance delivery, communication, and technical decision-making.

• Establish and guide the technical strategy within the product domain, ensuring that roadmaps remain on schedule.

• Foster alignment within the Gaming pillar by partnering with engineering leaders to optimize team efficiency and uphold consistent standards.

• Utilize data to provide clarity that aids in prioritization and planning.

• Collaborate with Product and commercial stakeholders to refine and implement measurable enhancements in customer value and business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Group EM (or similar role).

• Strong architectural and systems judgment, capable of challenging proposals, assessing trade-offs, and guiding technical direction across multiple teams without being involved in day-to-day operations.

• Proven ability to manage multiple teams working on varying priorities while maintaining momentum and alignment.

• Extensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle in a product-led environment.

• Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in the Gaming industry or consumer products.

• Familiarity with modern web technology stacks (our Gaming stack utilizes Node and React) and cloud platforms.
