Senior Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and expand a team of engineers focused on various features, including frontend, backend, and mobile developers.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to outline and execute the roadmap for a key product area.

• Offer technical advice, architectural guidance, and hands-on assistance when necessary.

• Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture that emphasizes ownership and aligns with Trust Wallet’s core values.

• Attract, mentor, and retain exceptional engineering talent.

• Ensure robust engineering processes, maintain high velocity, and uphold code quality across the team.

• Play an integral role within our broader Engineering leadership group, contributing to cross-team alignment and long-term product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in engineering management, leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, product-centric environment.

• 8–10+ years of overall experience in software engineering, preferably with a solid foundation in full-stack development.

• Demonstrated project and execution management abilities, capable of guiding complex technical initiatives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.

• Strong technical expertise with full-stack experience, including backend and at least one frontend or mobile framework.

• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional product teams in delivering user-facing features at scale.

• Exceptional people management capabilities, with a talent for hiring, developing, and motivating engineers.

• A product-oriented mindset, skilled at balancing technical excellence with practical delivery.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote-first environment.
