Senior Engineering Manager

• Oversee and provide support to various engineering teams and their Team Leads.

• Enhance delivery processes, boost team performance, and increase engineering efficiency.

• Assist in scaling engineering processes and the organizational framework.

• Propel operational and process enhancements across different teams.

• Facilitate architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategies.

• Provide mentorship to engineers and engineering leaders.

• Aid in improving planning, communication, and collaboration among teams.

• Play a role in fostering engineering culture and contributing to organizational growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven engineering management experience leading multiple teams or Team Leads.

• Prior experience in software engineering, preferably in backend or full-stack roles.

• Familiarity with product companies as opposed to pure outsourcing settings.

• Demonstrated experience in scaling teams, processes, and engineering organizations.

• Background in establishing engineering processes and delivery methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives autonomously.

• Collaborative leadership approach with a strong mentoring focus.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
