• Collaborate closely on recruitment to attract and assess high-quality engineers at mid-level, senior, and staff levels.

• 3–5+ years of experience managing engineers, preferably in a high-growth startup setting.

• Demonstrated capability in navigating uncertainty and scaling systems while actively developing them.

• Strong organizational instincts—you instinctively bring order to chaos and enhance team operations.

• Solid technical foundation with the ability to engage in architectural discussions and gain credibility with engineers.
