This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate across various functions with leaders in Product and Engineering on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to facilitate growth and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in headcount planning as the company experiences rapid scaling, ensuring that hiring plans, budgets, and actuals are aligned.
• Develop and expand FP&A processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure, including support for the implementation of our new planning tool.
• Conduct strategic analyses regarding business performance, resource allocation, headcount, and investment opportunities to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting and business partners to enhance data accuracy, ensure consistency in reporting, and improve operational cadence.
• Over 5 years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Significant experience in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of enhancing financial models, reporting, and planning processes, ideally involving some experience with systems or tool implementation.
• Proficient with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-driven tools, with the capability to identify opportunities for streamlining planning, reporting, and analysis workflows.
• Strong analytical and modeling abilities, capable of transforming complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Effective stakeholder management skills and comfort in partnering with cross-functional teams across both go-to-market and technical organizations.
