• Mentor and develop the software development team.

• Create new features and enhance existing ones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical engineering field.

• Over 10 years of cumulative experience in software development.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering management.

• Proficiency in software design and architecture.

• Prior experience in implementing Security best practices.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish will set you apart as a candidate.
