Senior Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and nurture the team

• Strategize and oversee project delivery

• Manage the product backlog in collaboration with Product Management

• Resolve critical support issues effectively

• Lead the technical direction for the team’s products

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering

• More than 3 years of experience managing engineering teams

• A technical degree (preferably in Computer Science or a STEM field) or equivalent experience

• A wide range of technical skills

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

• Experience in telecoms or familiarity with SIP/VoIP is advantageous
