Senior Engineer – Steam Turbine Product Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects and initiatives that have a wide scope and significant impact on the business.

• Deliver innovative solutions to challenges associated with steam turbines.

• Create effective and economical solutions.

• Assist with the Engineering Request workstream.

• Serve as a link and promote cross-functional collaboration among teams.

• Provide leadership in organizing and presenting at technical conferences.

• Spearhead efforts to enhance reliability, availability, and reduce trips.

• Write and mentor in internal communications for resolving major issues.

• Convey fleet and product concerns into the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

• Participate in global product service meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or on-the-job training in field installation/maintenance of steam turbines.

• Proven expertise in the design, installation, and/or maintenance of steam turbines.

• Self-motivated with strong initiative and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

• Excellent team-building capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated skills in project management.

• Capable of effectively interfacing with all organizational levels.
