This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Design, configure, and create Salesforce solutions utilizing both declarative tools and programmatic capabilities, such as Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop and sustain functionality across various Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, and Marketing integrations) to enhance omnichannel customer engagement.
• Convert business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Facilitate feature delivery by managing the build, testing, deployment, and post-release support processes.
• Improve and enhance existing Salesforce functionalities to optimize performance, usability, and adoption rates.
• Detect and resolve defects, bugs, and performance challenges.
• Assist with platform upgrades, releases, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of documentation, technical standards, and best practices.
• Aid in Salesforce integrations with both downstream and upstream systems, including ERP, commerce platforms, marketing tools, and data platforms.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of customer data across the CRM ecosystem.
• Implement and uphold data validation, automation, and security protocols to promote data quality and governance.
• Establish role-based access controls, sharing rules, and permission sets.
• Confirm that solutions adhere to security, privacy, compliance, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce as an Administrator, Developer, or Engineer.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce products including Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, and Apex, with Lightning Web Components experience being a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM concepts, customer lifecycle management, and omnichannel journeys.
• Experience in supporting integrations through APIs, middleware, or native Salesforce tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, cloud environments, and system security principles.
• Experience overseeing third-party vendors and system integrators to ensure scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Background in Agile/Scrum environments, leading backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-team delivery.
