Senior Engineer, NetScaler, Terraform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage and support customers' NetScaler/ADC systems.

• Ensure consistent, secure, and high-quality service delivery.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration through Terraform and Azure DevOps.

• Continuously enhance Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.

• Proactively improve customer environments for stability, performance, security, and automation.

• Analyze and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Assist with incidents, changes, and technical escalations.

• Oversee small and medium-sized service-related projects, from technical design to implementation.

• Offer technical consulting to customers and serve as a technical liaison.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and sharing within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in managing and developing complex IT infrastructures in service or project settings.

• Strong knowledge of Citrix NetScaler/ADC.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Ansible, Git, or CI/CD is a plus.

• Passion for new technologies and the capability to independently learn new topics.

• Strong customer and service-oriented mindset.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Structured, independent working approach with a strong sense of accountability.

• Proficient in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
