Senior Engineer – Frontend, iOS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop new features for the flagship consumer iOS application of OpenTable

• Enhance current functionalities, address bugs, and implement unit tests

• Refactor existing code and create tools to facilitate testing and debugging

• Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to suggest technical solutions

• Oversee the complete payment experience within the OpenTable application

• Work in partnership with backend teams to establish public APIs

• Engage with Product and Design teams on requirements, A/B testing, and feature launches

• Contribute to the app architecture, encompassing reactive and asynchronous patterns as well as system framework upgrades

• Mentor and support other team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in iOS development, with strong proficiency in Swift

• Excellent communication abilities

• Possess a keen eye for design and a passion for consumer product development

• Pragmatic and quick to learn

• Experience in unit testing is highly advantageous

• Backend experience is beneficial but not mandatory

• Familiarity with Android app development is a plus
