📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) that supports the lifecycles of distributed, containerized, and cloud-native applications.

• Architect, implement, and oversee Kubernetes platforms across AWS and various cloud environments.

• Create, execute, and enhance secure and efficient CI/CD pipelines that automate testing, security scanning, deployment, and release management processes.

• Establish and advance GitOps workflows utilizing contemporary GitOps tools for continuous software delivery.

• Deploy, configure, and assist platform-hosted services to support DOW tenant application teams across multiple impact levels.

• Construct and uphold highly available, production-grade Kubernetes clusters while ensuring adherence to security and operational standards.

• Securely facilitate multi-tenant access to cloud-native services.

• Develop automation to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Configure and manage Kubernetes networking technologies, including Calico, Cilium, or equivalent Container Network Interfaces (CNIs).

• Deploy and support observability platforms utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent Bit, Loki, Kibana, and related monitoring and logging solutions.

• Collaborate with software, platform, and security engineers to weave security into the development lifecycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of practical experience in deploying, operating, and securing production Kubernetes and Docker environments.

• Proficient in provisioning, hardening, and maintaining compliant Kubernetes clusters.

• Strong grasp of Kubernetes architecture, Helm Charts, and container networking technologies such as Calico, Cilium, or comparable solutions.

• Experience in operating stateful, highly available, and distributed services within Kubernetes environments.

• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms that support enterprise workloads.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks.

• Proficient in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab Runners.

• Experienced in software packaging, artifact repositories, and build automation for distributed applications.

• Knowledgeable in implementing monitoring and logging solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent Bit, Loki, Kibana, or similar observability tools.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex production settings.

• Capability to obtain a Security+ certification within the first 90 days of employment.
