Senior Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the systems that allow us to expand care while maintaining the personal touch.

• Establish architecture, engineering standards, and development pace from the outset.

• Integrate AI directly into the product, ensuring that features adhere to healthcare compliance as a fundamental requirement.

• Work closely with operations and product teams in dynamic and uncertain environments.

• Collaborate on code with the CTO.

• Assume full responsibility for a significant domain (within 45 days) and spearhead a cross-functional initiative aimed at measurable improvements in patient outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of full-stack development experience and the ability to independently deliver complete features — preferably in Python/Django, React/Next.js, and Postgres.

• Take ownership of problems rather than just code. You are accountable for features from design through deployment and prioritize value impact over merely merging code.

• Be AI native. You deploy and ship quickly with agent workflows and understand how to balance trust and validation for AI output.

• Integrate AI into practical tools, delivering compliant, operational value in production environments.

• Have a background in creating secure, HIPAA-compliant systems within a regulated healthcare setting.

• Be adept at working with RESTful APIs, relational databases, cloud hosting, and managing CI/CD processes and deployments.

• Prefer engaging with users rather than relying on tickets and evaluate your impact based on real patient outcomes.

• Flourish in an environment characterized by high ambiguity and rapid pace. This role is not a typical 9-to-5 job.
