Senior Engineer – AI, Agentic Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and develop AI-enhanced developer tools utilizing Claude-based technologies.

• Construct intelligent agents and automated workflows that enhance the efficiency of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Design and manage multi-agent systems using contemporary agentic frameworks.

• Quickly prototype and refine proof-of-concept solutions for AI-driven automation.

• Integrate AI-driven tools with current engineering platforms and services.

• Work closely with senior technical leadership on innovation projects.

• Convert strategic concepts into functional prototypes and production-ready solutions.

• Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and comply with engineering best practices.

• Engage in architecture discussions and aid in the advancement of AI-enabled engineering workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience with Claude tools (Claude Code, Claude Skills, Claude CLI).

• Experience in designing agent-based architectures and intelligent workflows.

• Practical experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Microsoft Agent Framework.

• Strong backend engineering experience with .NET and SQL-based systems.

• Familiarity with integrating AI-driven systems into existing application stacks.

• Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle processes and developer tooling.

• Excellent problem-solving and architectural thinking abilities.

• Capability to swiftly transition from concept to functioning proof-of-concept solutions.

• Proficient English communication skills.
