This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Independently define and oversee large, intricate initiatives involving multiple workstreams and a variety of stakeholders.
• Lead the complete sales process for both standard and tailored Professional Services & Training (PS&T) programs, integrating best practices for Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and migrations.
• Identify and seek upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current customers to achieve or surpass revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize regional PS&T targets in alignment with growth ambitions.
• Actively assess customer sentiment and implement corrective measures or escalate issues to ensure optimal satisfaction.
• 7-10 years of experience managing a Professional Services line of business.
• Over 10 years in senior customer-facing positions, blending influence and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of PS&T offerings, including partner funding programs from Microsoft, AWS, and Google.
• Strong familiarity with Databricks architecture, competitors, and the advantages of migration.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50% as necessary.
