Senior Engagement Manager, Japanese Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of significant enterprise clients within the APAC region, specifically in the aviation, energy, and logistics industries.

• Cultivate high-trust, enduring relationships with senior decision-makers across customer organizations.

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all matters related to SAF for the customer.

• Supervise the comprehensive implementation of intricate SAF programs, in collaboration with the Technical Implementation team.

• Monitor and manage operational metrics, including implementation schedules, SLA compliance, and program KPIs.

• Develop and sustain extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment in APAC with respect to SAF and carbon management.

• Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements while proactively identifying opportunities for growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in the hard sciences.

• A minimum of 6 years of proven success in management consulting, SaaS implementation, enterprise customer success, or enterprise project management.

• Experience in enterprise software, carbon markets, fuel markets, or carbon accounting is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in navigating highly configurable SaaS platforms and discussing API integrations and data workflows with technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with professional fluency in Japanese.

• Must reside in Singapore.
