• Collaborate with teams within our Client Services division to ensure client-facing projects remain on schedule.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the defined scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
• Monitor and assess project budget performance, providing reports on any existing or potential issues, risks, overages, and deficits.
• Manage and report on the project pipeline effectively.
• Finalize projects upon completion, transferring project deliverables and documentation to operations.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Project Manager or Engagement Manager role.
• Possess a degree.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with large, diverse virtual teams.
• Proficient in task scheduling.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and internally.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient user of the MS Office suite.
• Experience in the legal, financial, or professional services industries is advantageous.
