Senior Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• In the role of Sr. Engagement Manager at Coupa, you will be responsible for deploying the Coupa solution at diverse client locations.

• Whether projects are carried out solely by the Professional Services team or in partnership with our implementation network, you will guarantee the successful 'go-live' of the customer.

• Acting as a representative of system knowledge and best practices aligned with client business objectives, you will oversee reporting, risk assessment, and resource allocation for project delivery, both independently and collaboratively at client sites, with potential travel requirements of up to 50%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly preferred experience with Procure to Pay processes.

• Demonstrated consulting experience with systems applications, whether internally or externally.

• Strong client management abilities for effective go-live implementations, ideally in procurement, accounts payable, and/or expense management.

• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and knowledge of financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software.

• Previous senior consulting experience with applications such as Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Basware, OB10, Salesforce.com, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP, along with excellent communication skills.
