Senior Engagement Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery lifecycle for critical professional services projects.

• Serve as the main communication bridge between client business stakeholders (up to C-suite executives) and DataRobot’s technical delivery team (AI Engineers and Data Scientists).

• Utilize your technical expertise to proactively identify implementation risks and collaborate with the engineering team to address them before they affect the critical path.

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client sponsors. Manage expectations, address escalations, and navigate intricate organizational dynamics to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Go beyond mere delivery by assisting customers in understanding how to operationalize and adopt Agentic workflows, offering guidance on necessary process changes to incorporate AI agents into their everyday operations.

• Facilitate agile sprints, stand-ups, and sprint reviews, ensuring the delivery team operates at high velocity and maintains a clear direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience, including the delivery of intricate software or data products for enterprise clients.

• Background in technical roles (e.g., Software Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Lead) with a transition into client-facing leadership positions (e.g., Engagement Manager, Technical Program Manager, Product Owner).

• Experience in managing data science or machine learning projects.

• A technical undergraduate degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar); an MBA is preferred.

• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are preferred.

• Experience working in a management consulting or technology consulting environment (Big 4 or boutique firms).
