Senior Endoluminal Market Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the introduction of Ion's product portfolio in Taiwan by establishing connections with physicians, hospital executives, and leaders of specialty-specific societies.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of interventional pulmonology, interventional radiology, and thoracic surgery, particularly regarding the biopsy and treatment of small peripheral lung lesions: o The patient journey from initial visit to treatment o Various imaging technologies and medical devices employed o Incentives and obstacles within care pathways o Identification of key stakeholders throughout the evaluation process & financial/clinical value points.

• Acquire market insights concerning the implementation of lung cancer screening and incidental nodule programs across various hospital segments.

• Formulate strategies centered on clinical and economic data that will facilitate the adoption of new technologies.

• Comprehend how ROI is assessed for key financial hospital stakeholders in navigational bronchoscopy procedures and other competing modalities.

• Engage in regular interaction and communication with regional and global commercial leadership.

• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the medical device industry.

• Background in medical device sales, sales management, and marketing.

• Availability for travel within Taiwan and the Asia Pacific region, including international trips as necessary.

• Exceptional collaboration skills with strong communication abilities.

• Demonstrated history of effective collaboration across regions, cultures, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in a global environment with an understanding of specifics related to the Asian market.

• Familiarity with the dynamics of early product and procedure adoption curves.

• Ability to present and clearly communicate business plans to organizational stakeholders and leadership.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
