Senior Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with front-line managers and Directors to enhance current Customer Success and Implementation Enablement programs.

• Create a scalable and engaging ongoing enablement program tailored for remote audiences, guided by industry best practices.

• Develop multi-modal training materials, including eLearning modules, virtual workshops, and AI-driven activities.

• Continuously refine training content by leveraging data-driven insights, learner feedback, and updates in internal products and processes.

• Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles as the company expands globally and opens new offices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in developing, coordinating, and facilitating training sessions for groups of 20 or more learners, either virtually or in-person.

• Proven experience in creating educational curricula that effectively guide learners through their educational journey.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to convey technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Familiarity with modern learning theories and methodologies.

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.

• Multilingual abilities and/or experience working with diverse global audiences is a plus.

• Background in Customer Success, Professional Services, Account Management, Operations, or Program Management is advantageous.

• Proven ability to succeed in an independent working environment.

• Experience with managing LMS and CMS platforms is beneficial.
