Regional Operations Manager – Health Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the operational execution of pharmacy services, ensuring optimal efficiency, profitability, and exceptional patient care.

• Recognize, implement, and oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Guide and cultivate staff through coaching and team-building activities.

• Resolve client issues and devise actionable strategies to improve satisfaction and maintain robust partnerships.

• Manage staffing and scheduling to guarantee pharmacies are sufficiently supported during all hours of operation.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, including URAC and ACHC requirements.

• Design and execute training programs aimed at improving staff technical skills and customer service capabilities.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration among operations teams, corporate personnel, and client representatives.

• Oversee and ensure compliance with inventory control programs, including 340B requirements.

• Generate operational reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Advocate for adherence to Maxor’s Compliance Program and Ethical Business Conduct policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent experience in a business or pharmacy-related field.

• Required experience in 340B Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, and/or Hospital/Health System Pharmacy.

• A background of 3-5 years progressively building expertise across various departmental functions, with at least 1 year in a management/leadership role.

• Prior experience with pharmacy systems/technology is essential.

• Experience in system implementation, program management, managing 10+ employees, quality control of operations, audits, and corrective action plans, 340B, pharmacy purchasing, and stakeholder communications.

• Must possess the ability to travel.
