Senior Employment Tax Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and provide guidance on a wide array of employment tax matters, such as PAYE and NIC, expenses, benefits, and employment status (including IR35).

• Take charge of client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

• Deliver and assess intricate technical consultancy projects, encompassing reports, advice, and calculations.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient pay and benefits structuring.

• Oversee compliance and risk management related to Employment Tax.

• Manage a diverse range of client projects.

• Support initiatives for business development and growth.

• Mentor and nurture junior team members.

• Contribute to the overarching strategy of the Tax team.

⛳️ Requirements

• CTA qualified (or equivalent), or have equivalent practical experience.

• Extensive experience in Employment Tax / Employer Solutions.

• Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading projects.

• Ability to offer clear and commercially oriented advice.

• Experience in mentoring junior staff members.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable handling multiple client accounts.
