Senior Employee Relations Partner – Global Investigations, EMEAI SME

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take on a pivotal leadership role within the Global Employee Relations Center of Excellence (COE).

β€’ Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the EMEA region.

β€’ Oversee intricate and high-stakes workplace investigations.

β€’ Offer strategic Employee Relations consulting and contribute to the development of global ER practices, policies, and standards.

β€’ Mentor team members while promoting consistency and operational excellence across various regions.

β€’ Ensure that investigations are in accordance with company policies, the Code of Conduct, and regional employment laws.

β€’ Deliver expert, consultative advice to HR partners and business leaders regarding ER issues.

β€’ Analyze trends and insights from case data to guide policy improvements, training initiatives, and proactive measures.

β€’ Foster a culture of continuous enhancement within the Employee Relations function.

β€’ Provide ER investigation and consulting support to the Americas and APAC regions as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Extensive expertise in Employee Relations within a global setting, particularly focused on EMEA.

β€’ Proven track record in leading complex, sensitive, and high-volume workplace investigations.

β€’ Strong knowledge of employment laws throughout EMEA, with a working understanding of the Americas and/or APAC preferred.

β€’ Established ability to function as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.

β€’ Exceptional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence are essential.

β€’ Capability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex situations.

β€’ Strong analytical skills, including experience in utilizing data to identify trends and influence decision-making.

β€’ Passionate about mentoring and developing others.

β€’ Proven history of leading projects and implementing process improvements.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

β€’ HR experience in Employee Relations and conducting workplace investigations.

β€’ Experience in a global or multinational organization.

β€’ Strong proficiency in ER case management systems, reporting, and analytics.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
