This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Provide advice, coaching, and guidance to management at all levels regarding complex employee relations issues, including business conduct, performance management, terminations, and people policies, guidelines, and practices.
β’ Collaborate with People Partners and Legal to ensure that employee relations matters are handled in a thorough and consistent way.
β’ Enhance our approach to managing employee relations issues throughout the organization.
β’ Assist business leaders in addressing workplace concerns and collaboratively develop action plans.
β’ Ensure global oversight and governance of policies and practices.
β’ Leverage HR analytics and data to recognize trends and diagnose root causes of issues.
β’ Promote an inclusive workplace as part of our comprehensive DEI initiatives.
β’ Foster accountability and operational excellence in all our efforts.
β’ Over 8 years of relevant experience, including extensive expertise in employee relations, workplace conflict, and performance management.
β’ Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills, alongside proficiency in consulting, conflict resolution, and facilitation.
β’ Excellent analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of US employment laws, regulations, policies, principles, concepts, and practices related to human resources.
β’ A BS/BA degree and JD degree are preferred.
