Senior Employee Relations Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for US People Managers regarding employee grievances.

• Oversee and conduct intricate workplace investigations.

• Conduct interviews with witnesses and assess evidence.

• Utilize knowledge of labor laws to ensure adherence to regulations.

• Track employee relations metrics and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide specialized coaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive HR experience.

• At least 3 years specifically focused on Employee Relations.

• Over 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience.

• Profound knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws.

• Outstanding documentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs) and MS Office (Word, Excel).
