This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement full lifecycle strategies in Klaviyo for various brands, including welcome, browse/cart/checkout abandonment, post-purchase, winback, replenishment, VIP, and sunset flows.
• Manage the campaign calendar for each brand, involving planning, briefing, and supervising weekly and promotional email sends.
• Collaborate with a team of designers and copywriters to execute your briefs, ensuring quality through work reviews and maintaining high standards.
• Formulate list growth and segmentation strategies, utilizing RFM-based segments and predictive analytics.
• Create an A/B testing roadmap that includes subject lines, creative content, offers, and send timing, supported by clear hypotheses and documented insights.
• Oversee deliverability aspects such as list hygiene, sender reputation, inbox placement, and warming strategies.
• Provide comprehensive reporting on key metrics, including the percentage of total revenue generated from email/SMS, flow revenue, revenue per recipient, and LTV impact, presented in clear and accessible language.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in email and retention marketing for DTC ecommerce brands, with direct, hands-on involvement in one or more 9-figure ($100M+ revenue) DTC brands. Be prepared to identify them and detail your responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously while maintaining performance standards.
• Experience in leading designers and copywriters, rather than solely executing the tasks yourself.
• Extensive expertise in Klaviyo; you should be fluent in flow logic, conditional splits, dynamic content, segmentation, and the Klaviyo data model. Experience with SMS through Klaviyo is a plus.
• A quantifiable track record, including specific flows you have developed, the revenue or lift they generated, and methods of measurement.
• Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills, capable of writing briefs, critiquing drafts, and understanding what drives conversions.
