Senior Email Marketing, Lead Generation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement comprehensive cold and warm email marketing campaigns, which include automated sequences and drip workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.

• Oversee and enhance daily email deliverability, focusing on inbox warm-ups, domain health, and strategies for spam reduction.

• Construct, refine, and categorize high-quality B2B prospect lists utilizing advanced scraping techniques.

• Confirm and authenticate lead data to ensure low bounce rates and optimize campaign return on investment (ROI).

• Recognize and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) by employing in-depth search filters and intent data from various sourcing platforms.

• Coordinate and synchronize data flows across the marketing technology stack to uphold a unified source of truth for all leads.

• Develop and troubleshoot workflow automations that link lead capture sources directly to the sales pipeline.

• Produce and sustain documentation for marketing systems, procedures, and technology stack configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 4 years of focused experience in executing B2B lead generation and email marketing campaigns.

• Demonstrated expertise in lead sourcing and scraping platforms such as Apollo and similar tools.

• Advanced, hands-on proficiency with email marketing platforms, including Zoho Campaigns, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Mailchimp, along with automated email warm-up tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of technical email infrastructure, encompassing domain configurations, tracking pixels, and best practices for deliverability.

• Experience in constructing operational workflows and integrations using Zapier or comparable automation platforms.
